We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, therefore if you wish to return your order for any reason, we are happy to issue you with a store credit or exchange which has no expiry date.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item and returned to us within 14 days (30 days internationally). Once the return is received, please expect up to 3- 5 business days to process your return into an exchange or store credit.
The items being returned must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. Take caution when trying on garments, as we will not accept them if they have makeup marks, stains and/or smell of perfume or body odor.
Please also note, we are more than happy to help with any issues to make sure that you are satisfied with your Amiss pieces.
Email email@example.com to organize your return. Please include the following details in your email to us:
- Order number
- The product you wish to return
- Reason for return
- If you would like an exchange or store credit
Please allow 24-48 hours for us to get back to you regarding your return. Once approved we will supply you with our returns form. Return costs are at your expense, we do not offer free returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to process your return. We recommend using a tracking service to ensure it reaches us safely.
If you have received a faulty item, please email us within 7 days of receiving at firstname.lastname@example.org with supporting imagery and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Please note that faulty items do not include those that have already been worn.
If your order has not been sent for shipment, you are able to cancel it. Please email email@example.com to request that your order be cancelled and we can process a full refund. Keep in mind, we aim to prepare and process orders for shipment within 1-5 business days.
If your order has already been sent for shipment, you cannot cancel your order for 'change of mind' reasons.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
